Can't find a plant?
Steve is our resident plant finder, so if you have had trouble finding a particular variety, he's your man. If we haven't listed a plant you're looking for he'll scour the earth (well, America, Italy, Germany, Belgium, France, Holland and Clacton Road, Colchester) for it. Contact him at findit@crocus.co.uk
Need help choosing a plant?
If you are in need of a little inspiration or want planting ideas for a particular situation, e-mail our resident garden design team on plantideas@crocus.co.uk
Can't find a product?
Ask garden gadget maestro John Hiorns if you're having trouble locating a particular product or garden tool. If we don't sell it, he's got more contacts than a silicon chip, so he's sure to track it down. Just e-mail him on info@crocus.co.uk
Ordering problems?
If you've having difficulty ordering or you want to check up how your order is doing, you can e-mail us at homebase-orders@crocus.co.uk. If it's about an existing order, make sure you mention the order number on the top right hand side of the confirmation we sent you because that makes it a whole lot easier for us to give you the full low-down.
Garden troubles?
If you're having any problems in your garden and cannot find the answers you need on our site, please e-mail our Plant Doctors at Ineedhelp@crocus.co.uk and they will answer all your questions within 1 week.
